I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We usually ship within 12-24 hours. We try to update our inventory as frequently as we can to avoid delays if the item is backordered. Many times, we will have items in stock that are currently out of stock on other websites like Amazon.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship USPS. Please provide regular USPS postal mail shipping address that receive regular postal mail. If you happen to have a PO Box that we can ship to, please provide the PO Box. It is the most reliable shipping method.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% full refund if the brand-new return product is returned to us using your own postage. If you would like to exchange a belt size, we can offer 1 free belt exchange. You must ship the incorrect size belt back using your order label. We will cover the shipping cost to send back the correct size belt to you. We can offer only 1 of these type of exchanges to new customers. When sending the return or exchange back to us, please include a note with the order number and state whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact us and we can help find a solution.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know that you would like to ship to a different address. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one before the item ships. If the item has shipped, we cannot modify the destination address.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. We are based in Las Vegas, NV. We usually ship within just 24 hours and USPS priority mail takes about 3-4 days to deliver a package.
