Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer a 100% full refund if the brand-new return product is returned to us using your own postage. If you would like to exchange a belt size, we can offer 1 free belt exchange. Please contact us by email for exchanges. We will cover the shipping cost to send back the correct size. We can offer only 1 of these type of exchanges to new customers. When sending the return or exchange back to us, please include a note the order number and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new condition unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@occidentalbags.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Only Brand New items are eligible for return. A 20% restock fee can apply in some instance.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
